I cannot try with 512 MB. In pawn endgames, Yace will practically have a best move for any position, and store it in the HT (also for upper bounds). It would with high probability detect a collision (and write it into the log). In some tests I have done few years ago, I used very short hash keys to get a high rate of collisions. The search was practically not influenced, unless the collision rate was really very high. Regards, Dieter
