Thanks if you can.

My work place has some kick ass G-5 servers for Graphics. But others are not
allowed to access it.
And the Graphics guy is not a very friendly person.

I am going to buy a new computer (as I do every 2 years), and Mac is high on my
list. But I am looking for all the other options I might have. How fast a G5 mac
would be for chess is an important question for me, if I want to buy it.
