This IS a way around the problem. By changing CMDEFALT.INI, ALL of the users
that are subsequently created will have the changes copied into them. Of course,
this may not always be desireable.

However, if you don't want to change CMDEFALT.INI, then you MUST change the
user's INI file. Changing CM.INI in the root directory WILL NOT make a
difference. And it DEFINITELY is not used by the Chessmaster personality, as
someone previously posted.
