I want to be clear.

I don't care if they want to label a compiled version of Crafty as a "partner"
program and distribute it with Arena. That is the their choice and perfectly
fine within Robert's license.

What I _don't_ agree to is claiming that is _their_ program and by having it on
my site was a breach in copyright. That was complete crap. Look at the events:

1. My site was suspended due to a complaint for copyright infringement again.
(Even the first time was crap, and my host now knows it.)

2. You will notice that in _every_ folder on my site there is a readme.txt file
stating _exactly_ what the files are, and who contributed them. (This was a
combined idea between myself and a support person at my host so that this would
not happen again.)

3. My host takes copyright matters seriously which is exactly why I chose them
in the first place. Since this is the case, I can not obtain the email that
"someone" sent claiming the allegations. Seeing how I was in breach of copyright
against an "Arena" program, do the math...

It took all of 2 minutes on the phone with someone from my host to correct that
situation, but my service was down for over 11 hours without my knowledge.

Chris can do as many smoke and mirror tricks he would like, but it still adds up
to the same thing....
