It depends what you buy exactly. Duals aren't twice as expensive as a single.
The hard drive, videocard, memory for example are all constants - a dual box
doesn't have 2 of everything, just two CPUs. OK RAM, PSUs and motherboards are
more expensive, but through careful buying my dual Athlons have been built at a
surprisingly low cost. Besides, I love to watch ponder-on matches, and that is
more natural to me as that is how humans play.

Anyway, dual CORE CPUs are the way forward !
