Hi,
I have been dealt with Classic Chess and Games several times in the past and
purchased several chess computers from them including an Atlanta and a Travel
Champion 2100 and the experience was ok.
That is why I was shocked of the behavior of Bill the salesman.(and getting an
inferior chess set that was mismatched)I always thought to treat the customer
with respect and fairness and they will come back top you.
Maybe I'm a bit of an old school.
Just food for thought.
I'm actually a pretty nice guy to deal with.My actions are based on biblical
principles.
Thanks for the kind words Steve.
