I see nothing illegal with 19...Qb1+

[Event "Edited game"]
[Site "URI-AMD"]
[Date "2005.05.05"]
[Round "-"]
[White "-"]
[Black "-"]
[Result "*"]

1. e4 e6 2. d4 d5 3. Nc3 Bb4 4. e5 c5 5. Bd2 Ne7 6. a3 Bxc3 7. bxc3 b6 8.
Nf3 Ba6 9. Bxa6 Nxa6 10. O-O Qd7 11. a4 Nb8 12. Be3 Nf5 13. dxc5 Nxe3 14.

19.R6f3+ is better and seems to lead to equal position.
