I do not agree.
Sometimes top programs make weak moves that even an ELO 2000 understand that
they are wrong.

You can look at  the game of Hiarcs7 lost against shredder.
If the human is 2000 elo then I expect the team human-computer to get  more than
60% against the same computer without human's help.
