Hi Walther - I have now obtained a printout of " missiles , missives , missions
and memetic warfare.
I have also done a google search of " laetus in praesens" ( what does that
mean ? ) , and a certain faith baised conservative defense think tank seems to
be behind it.
The quality of the material is very high - there must be serious money behind
it.

Have you ever read books by Guenther Grass and Amoz Os ( I hope the spelling is
correct ? ( I did not have so far).
Is the application of "ultima ratio" - of the highest and most sophisticated way
of using ones intellect - always the solution ?!?
Questions, questions ... why not asking the oracle in Delphi !

I really think the novels of Stanislav Lem - especially " The futurologic
congress " can give deep insights about the traps of circular definitions of
"reality " .
Personally I found the movie "Stalker " by Tarkowski always very enlightening -
but that's just a personal preference.

My "Mind Tools" project _ I was thinking backwards and forwards - the whole
thing is simply to big for me . And I have other stuff to do apart from
organizing support among computer heads for my ideas - it just feels to ego to
jump into that.

May be I try to put it into the form of a quality science fiction short story -
thats may be a better way of doing it.

Wish you all the best and have fun !
Ciao , werner
