You spoke about courts and juries here....... http://www.talkchess.com/forums/1/message.html?428849 This is not a kangaroo court, we are still waiting for an explanation as to why from the author. That is what matters here. If the author has a valid explanation then good. I don't think that is forthcoming, at least not yet. There is just too much evidence but we still wait as everyone must get a fair hearing. In a court you would be convicted by a jury if you sent copyrighted material to someone who had not paid for the item and vice versa. For you to BOTH have the item in your possesions you would BOTH have to pay the royalties. Christopher
