Mine gets Pos06, but so does everybody. It gets some of the other positional ones occasionally. I've fiddled with null move threshold based upon sad performance in some of these tests. I think that some of the positions are designed to screw up Fritz and other null-move programs, which includes mine. I'm not sure this was the right thing to do, but I'm not sure it wasn't, either. If it was my sole intent to score better on these tests I think I could score a little better. Sometimes you'll add some general-case knowledge and you'll suddenly start solving one of them by accident, but you can just as easily lose one this way. bruce
