It was going to be a tournament American programs vs. European programs.
Unfortunately, good freeware winboard American programs are scarce, so on a
suggestion from Djordje I decided to include all programs from English-speaking
countries. So now the tournament is programs from English-speaking countries
(US, Australia) vs. European programs. I hope this makes sense!
