Hi Dieter, The University of Varna,Bulgaria in the year 2002....I started my residence the same year in the Varna's university hospital in the section internal medicine and I am still there :-) Why do you think that it's a big deal to be a doctor of medicine,I mean many people when I say "you" in my question!? :-) Cheers, Dr.Wael Deeb
