Sure, with the top programs taking a huge hardware advantage, the bottom
programs have little chance. The problem is that the chance to distinguish
between a Shredder and a Junior in this sort of a format is next to zero.

I doubt that these tournaments will ever really catch the public eye, but if
they want to have any chance at all they need to find a way to put the emphasis
on the battles between the favorites.
