Thanks so much for this wonderful information.  I hadn't seen any of this
before.

This is a very early time for somebody to be testing dedicated chess computers
to this extent.  I wish that there was a single source where all of these sorts
of references were available for study.

This all happened prior to my even becoming aware that there was such a thing as
a dedicated chess computer.  My first encounter with one was when I bought a
Fidelity Sensory Chess 9 (SC9) in 1982.

I love this stuff!
