The styrofoam inner box >has a sticker on it with the same serial number as the computer. > >A true matched set!! :-) aha! we call this OVP its a German term for ORIGINAL box or carton you will see this alot in Mephisto computers they would place the serial number both on the computer AND again on the box two seperate stickers Fidelity did this as well but not with all of their computers Mephisto i am fairly certain did it with all of them or at least most of them > >What have I become - I am looking at details of styrofoam packing now. you are becoming a HARDCORE collector(100 computers needed to reach this title) and as such you will soon pay good money for boxes,manuals, missing original pieces anything to get a complete set for a computer not to mention..custom made carry cases.. books on chess computers the list is endless.
