Crafty is suposed to get weaker from version to version, at least by computer chess specialists. So the strongest version is probably 6.4! However only some few persons even remember this version. It was phenomenal. Programs like Hydra or deep Shredder didn't dare to play against that version. At least you will not find any games. And that version ran on a 486! Kind regards Bernhard
