After entering all the programs seeded as necessary to get the first round pairings, round 2 can not be paired as given. To play with this, download the 30-day trial for swiss-perfect, and give it a try. Also the seedings don't make a lot of sense other than probably Shredder and Junior were 1 and 2 which is perfectly reasonable. This is so far beyond screwed up, it takes sunlight six months to get from screwed up to this pairing system...
