Actually, I think there is a way to run UCI Chess960 engines like Shredder,
Homer and Glaurung in Arena.  The trick is to install them as Winboard
engines, using the most recent PolyGlot beta (which supports the UCI Chess960
extensions).  I haven't tried this myself, because I don't have a Windows
computers.  I would be happy if somebody could verify that it really works.

The source code for PolyGlot 1.4 beta 2 can be downloaded here:

Older versions of PolyGlot will *not* work.
