I use swissperfect to run local (human) tournaments.  I haven't looked for an
online pairing program since I have that already on my machine.  And you are
correct, unix pickings are thin.  Years ago I had a C pairings generator I
wrote, but that was early to middle 80's and it has long been lost...


There is an online round-robin pairing generator.  I had forgotten where as we
don't play many of those, but a google search for "round robin pairing" popped
up one in Europe that worked perfectly...
