Hardly a "pitiful display of old frustrations." More like "calling it like I see it." All the ICGA had to do was post a single paragraph saying "since we only have 12 players, we are pairing this as a pure 11 round round-robin rather than a swiss system." But in actuality they don't post a blasted thing, pairings, results, anything... I can't count the number of poor TD decisions that have been made in the past 10 years or so since IM Mike Valvo stopped being the TD.
