Blass introduced the debate from the information provided by Richard.

The discussion in this thread is incorrect and out of time. It is irrelevant
when the Tournament is quite over. If you have problems with the ICGA Rules, you
should address your proposals to that organization.

My problem is not the Rules of ICGA. I have not used the CB Gui in any
Tournament. Anhtony already explained the particular reasons of Zappa.

It is irrelevant for me to enter in this debate now.

Well, it is relevant 3 months before the Tournament is held. Not now when some
rules "must be implemented". Zappa has never been known to use CB Books. I
explained the reason and Anthony completed this information.

The rest of the discussion is irrelevant for me.
