Scaling 3.3 is very ugly from a quad.

Please don't mix scaling with speedup, just like Bob did do.

Diep scales about 3.93 at a quad.

That means that the nps of 4 cpu's gives 3.93 times that of 1 cpu.

After you have a good scaling, the real interesting thing for computerchess
is the speedup you get out of the quad versus a single cpu.

It's ugly what they do, or they would show up at world champs with quad dual
core.
