These might not all meet your strength requirements, but here goes:

amy (though home page is currently down)
chezzz
faile
greko
hermann
jonny
olithink (at least java version?)
phalanx
scidlet
sunsetter

Sorry if I repeated any. Plus, some are open source, but I don't know if
binaries are available or easy to make on linux.
