I used search engine to search for "/3Gb", and the first hit was to the
following page:

http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/system/platform/server/PAE/PAEmem.mspx

The page says "Microsoft has expanded the availability of this support to the
32-bit version of Windows XP Professional and all 32-bit versions of Windows
Serverâ„¢ 2003."

Please notice that you will not be able to allocate single 2.5Gb array, as those
3Gb of address space is somewhat fragmented. But you definitely will be able to
allocate 50 arrays, each one is 50Mb is size. If you'll look at the TBGEN
sources you'll see that it uses double indirections to address bitvectors on
32-bit systems to avoid exactly that problem.

Thanks,
Eugene
