Well, to add my thoughts. Me too I would buy a commercial Fruit if

- there is a linux version
- and there is a MacOSX version (well, portability was easier with GPL) ;)
- and commercial Fruit is considerably stronger than FreeFruit.
- and commercial Fruit is considerably stronger than the best clones based on
FreeFruit.

Of course I prefer an open source fruit for the sake of chess programming. But I
can understand young people need some bucks.
