I believe you can imagine his pov on this Marc, very well:

1) He is a grad student.

2) He has to make or oversee the changes to make Zappa a commercially viable
program, in the shortest amount of time, possible. Yesterday would have been
just fine. :)
In order to succeed, he has to provide the product while the "iron is hot".

He simply will not have the time to answer all our questions after conducting
lots of exhaustive testing. Like your question regarding Zappa performance on
mono cpu PC's. When Zappa comes out, we can buy it, and discover all the
answers, at our leisure.

I don't know of any commercial engine that, pre-release, has given out detailed
data from exhaustive testing on different kinds of PC's, against the other
leading programs.

Either we waited until SSDF got around to testing it, or we did our own testing.

I see no reason to ask AC for that kind of info, when no other commercial
program has provided that same info. Just be patient, Marc.

Best wishes AC, & Zappa (and Fruit and Fabien, as well)

We're very lucky to have these new and strong programs available to us. imo

Dave
