Dear Albert: You have made very good points, for certain. CB indeed was aimed to serious players, as you say. And you are right also about the engines being better fitted to this or that. I just want to make emphasis in this: without losing nothing of all that, I think many players like me -and I am lot stronger than 1800, to begin with- are longing for something else. IF CB will try to give it, great, no matter if they do it for the wrong reasons. Of course I would klike that to be delivered without any lose of quality of the egines and in fact what I ask supposes even better engines. I do not know why so many peple here believes that to ask for better guis and services mans to ask lesser engines. To say "I do not care about more elo points" is not equal to say "I want weaker engines". I want more friendly, efective programs to improve my game, NOT lesser machines. And IF and only IF one thing excludes the other, in that case I will say, "OK, give to me still that "weak" 2600 engine but give also the other things I want". But no exclusion neccesary, Albert.
