I think that it may be interesting to see the relevant games.
If you claim that the masters are better than chess programs then the question
is what good moves these masters play against you that programs cannot find.

I do not believe that GM's can get the advantage and lose only because of a
tactical mistake.

See for example the hydra-adams match.
Hydra outplayed adams thoroughly and completely at the strategic level
I believe that programs of today are not significantly weaker than hydra.
