If this is true there is no use writing them. The only solution seems to be complaining here and at other places which may result in decreasing their sales. That would perhaps make them fix the bugs. Of course no one can prove he got no reply. But if the bugs remain, why write them? Either they can't fix the bugs or don't want to fix them. Why should they bother if they are not hungry? Maybe the bugs are unpleasant for only such a small percentage of buyers that it is not worth to take the trouble fixing them. Regards, Gábor
