I agree

posting bugs is not against the charter and I see no reason to disallow it.

The only problem that I can imagine is if somebody finds 100 bugs and post them
in the same day in 100 different threads because in that case people may
complain about spam so I suggest to try to post them in the same thread if it is
possible.
