I have Graham. I'm done with him. I know what happened here. I think you know what I mean. I am sure that many in here know also. I'm not going to post to this person anymore, he is not worth it in many many ways and I am angry with myself for giving my time to such an unreasonable person. An update to the original topic is that I waited 3 hours online for an answer from ChessBase and then gave up. Pity, because I was at least a little hopeful that an answer might be forthcoming from them, at least it seemed that way....... It's a bug that actually makes the whole concept of new features seem a banal. It's a feature only if it works in other words, which Fritz 9 GUI patently does not in many ways at the moment. To anyone who is going to buy this I would say, wait until they fix it. It will cause you more grief than pleasure. I can add to this that the GUI crashes regularly, especially when viewing two boards at once even though there are many system resources free. Regards Chris
