I did not analyze it with engines but it seems to me that 133...f3 is drawing
like 133...Rh7

I do not think that 133...f3  is unacceptable move from human point of view.
I will probably not play it but not because I think that 133...f3 is worse but
because I think that 133...Rh7 is more simple path to draw(The only case that I
may play 133..f3 is in the internet if my opponent is in time trouble and use
the premove with the rook to avoid losing on time so I can hope for 134...fxg2)
