I think that it is important to see engines in the list before having 300 games. mistakes can happen and big change in rating cause me to suspect that there may be a mistake and the results may be misleading. What happened is not impossible but uncommon enough to suspect that the problem was not only random error. I know statistics and I know that everything is possible but I also know that suspecting that something may be wrong is logical. I remember that in the past I saw some surprising bad results when Junior5(p200) lost against Rebel8(p90) and checking games showed that Junior was significantly slowed in some games and the ssdf repeated the games.
