Spoken like a true cynic ;) But as someone who has spent years working in medium-to-large companies, let me tell you that this is the normal procedure. It's not usual for a company to allow the public direct access to software developers. One person sits at a desk and filters the suggestions, so that the programmers aren't bogged down with silly requests and can get on with fixing the important bugs or adding vital new features. However, in the case of Mr. Schreiner, I'm sure he has other jobs to do.
