Earlier in the year there was some controversy surrounding the initial release of Genius 6. As I recall, the program had been advertised as 32-bit, but the initial version that shipped was 16-bit. Even worse, it was announced that the 32-bit version would be sold later as a separate product, and would not be a free upgrade for owners of the 16-bit version. A few questions: 1) Did the upgrade situation ever get resolved? 2) Is the 32-bit version shipping now? 3) Has anybody tried plug-in engines? (I believe that Shredder, Wchess, and Zarkov are available.) 4) Can Genius 6 import/export positions in FEN/EPD format? Any other thoughts from Genius 6 users would be appreciated. Thanks! --Peter
