I would agree that the book is poor.  One thing to note is that in engine v
engine matches most games have 20-30 book moves before the programs start to
think.  In many cases the position immediately after the last book move could be
classed as late middle game to ending.  This means that most engine v engine
games are a little dull - IMO it favours Genius to get to an endgame as Genius
is still probably one of the best, if not THE BEST, endgame program.
