Anyone care to advise me whether NCO (Nunn's Chess Openings) is a worthwhile opening book? MCP8 has been killing me lately in some of my favorite (?) openings, and my old MCO 10 and MCO 12 haven't been much help in combating some of the newer lines. I'm not into any of the databases and prefer to work from a few good opening books. Now that NCO is readily available most anyplace that sells chess materials, I'm suprised that I haven't heard much about it - yeah or nay. Your comments would be most appreciated.
