Yes I am sure, I had not talked to an admin. I joined and played on there, when out of the blue checkonedo sent me a tell saying make this the last game, and not to play other programs on chess4you. I do have proof of this, I sent a message to the head admin about what happend, This is my words to him when this problem happened, and you can see from my dismay I had not a clue why this action was taken, and that I was a bit pissed that Checkonedo would not explain why he was going to change my rating and Hiarcs7 was banned from playing the other computers on chess4you. <Cut and paste from the Chess4You site> Messages to OliB: DoomsDayMachine at Sun Mar 14 1999, 0:35 MET: Hello, Can you help me. Checkonedo has said he is changing my rating and I can no longer play other computers on this network. He will not talk to me or tell me why. DoomsDayMachine at Sun Mar 14 1999, 0:38 MET: Why is my rating being Changed. I am on other chess networks and have never had this happen to me. Checkonedo says my ratings are wrong, but a +200 to +300 rating over crafty programs is what I have on other \ chess playing sites like FICS, Chessnet, ICC. Can you help me, this is unfair. DoomsDayMachine at Sun Mar 14 1999, 0:42 MET: And I can't understand why the admin messages me this in a game, not to play anymore games and he is changing my rating, then will not responed to my tells when I try to find out why he is doing this. Thank you \ for your help. You have no messages from OliB. And you can see, to this day they will not tell me why this action was taken or even respond to me. I was just told, To stop playing Hiarcs7 vs the other program, so basiclly if I did not like it, that just too bad. I can live with that, but I will dame well warn other people about how this server treats there customers, before others give them money to play on this site. And now they came on CCC after I tell what happen and try to makeup a story about what happend to cover their ass. Well it is up to you if I am telling the truth or not, but I have the game they forced me to resign, and I have the message I sent the head admin with the timestamp on my message to them asking for help and asking why this action was taken. Thats all I can do.... You can login to my account and see this message live, if they have not taken down my account and messages, my handle is DoomsDayMachine, and password is eywa. OliB is the head admin to this site. I also talked to the owner live, on the site and asked him if I could play the computer accounts. He game me the ok to play....but when I started to play a computer account again Checkonedo resign my game....So I left, When that happend I could see that the own was given the orders to ban me, and I could not trust him, and this was no mistake. They wanted programs that our stronger then there home account programs off the server. Now I see they have a change of heart after I told what happen, I will not go back, but maybe others will not now have the problems I did, if they choose to join. Mark Young
