He is saying that if subsequent versions of Fruit contain verbatim copies of code ADDED BY THOMAS to the base code in Fruit 2.1, the source code for these hypotheical Fruit versions must be released. Of course this is purely hypothetical. There is no reason for Fabien to use any of Thomas's code, and future versions of Fruit can therefore remain closed source. Tord
