Maybe it has no opening book and it is the move that the engine calculated.

Note that there are a lot of humans that choose to develop the queen in
correspondence games(in tournament games humans never do it based on my
experience and it seems that players in correspondence games are simply weaker
than players in OTB games)

look at the games of superman123 and galaxy2 and they are not the weakest
players in that site.
