Why assume this? I feel sorry for you, actually, and don't bother asking my why.

I am still waiting for you to show me a position where EGTBs are detrimental to
performance, for curiousities sake of course. Any difficulty in doing so would
mean there are more positions where EGTBs help more than they hurt, so we're
back to guess what? :)

This looping back around to EGTBs being of benefit is getting old, so I'm
leaving it at that. There you have it.
