Thanks. If I can find the time over the holidays(?), I'll run a 100 game quickie* match of your "Columbus' egg 9s (Sandro)" settings vs Fruit 2.2.1. I already ran a 100 game quickie match* between Fruit 2.2.1 and the default Shredder 9.1 UCI, and it was a virtual tie (only 1 game point difference, Fruit ahead). So my result is similar to the SSDF match at longer time control which was a tie after 40 games, also indicating that Fruit 2.2.1 and Shredder 9 UCI are very similar in strength. *By "quickie" I mean 60 moves in 15 minutes, then the rest of the game in 5 minutes. So each game takes 40 minutes, 100 games takes 60 hours, 2 1/2 days, which is a reasonable possibility for me. WP
