I suspect that he deserves a credit for the games that Tiger lost.

Tiger lost 2 games in rounds 2 and 4 also because of bad opening choice.

Tiger played with black after 1,d4 Nf6 2.c4 e5 3.dxe5 Ng4 4.Bf4 Nc6 5.Nf3 Bb4+
6.Nc3 Qe7 7.Qd5 d6 8.exd6 cxd6 9.e3 0-0 10.Qd2 Nf6 and lost against shredder3

Tiger played with white against Hiarcs7
1.c3 e5 2.d4 exd4 3.cxd4 d5 4.Nc3 Nf6 5.a3 Bd6 6.Bg5 c6 7.e3 h6 8.Bh4 Bf5
and lost.

I believe that tiger could do a better result with the original opening book.
