In this case I direct you back to Franz' answer :)
He explained that you will _never_ see engine specific uci hash settings
for _any_ UCI engine, _if_ you have set a general hash setting for all
in Arena. This is a design decision of Arenas' author.
BTW a lot of programs don't use exactly the hash you set up for them
(internal stuff which is hidden might use some extra hash). I agree
though that this normally doesn't happen for UCI programs and if, not
by that margin you described in another post.
Well I see that Rybka seems to use 16-17MB extra hash always, but
that is at least no big problem for me, because I allow I safety
margin up to 160MB including Nalimov cache and special hash tables,
like pawn or eval hash.
If you really have to care about that hash, either because you
don't have enough phsyical ram, or because of justice reasons,
you need to set all hash options manually and uncheck the general
hash size in Arena. With 16MB setting for Rybka it should fit
to your 32MB standard.
