>can you show me a post where the program author himself violated the charter or >openly encouraged others to violate the charter? well .. he announced his program and in the zip file indicated there will be a 5 day freeware period and then its commercial its direct advertising of a product i really dont care if there is a violation..my only concern is that i think the CCC or ICD should in someway benefit from these impending sales do to the free advertising id i were ICD'S accountant i would advise Steve to require all program authors who are going to use this new marketing technique(very small freeware period and then commerical release) to commit to a small percentage of their sales back to the board for upkeep way i see it Steve
