You surely agree that the following are different things: i) to send a copy of the engine to one of your friends; ii) to put the file in your webpage and publicly announce that everybody is entitled to download it. In my view, i) is OK and ii) is not. My impression is that this is the author's opinion as well. I agree that the difference between i) and ii) could be regarded as subtle. But life, and happiness, are made of subtleties. Telmo
