That is assuming:

- Norm Pollock was right and it is definitely the 10-11 and not the 11-12
"midnight Dec 11"; I have checked the web and think my original surmise of
_somewhat ambiguous_ is correct.  See-

- the timezone was UT or GMT?  Who said that? Could be another c5 hours (zone
correction) plus 24 hours (the other interpretation of midnight) = c29 hours
