well Dan ,where there is a will.. there is a way

perhaps a banner across the top encouraging program authors to make a voluntary
contribution to the board ..or
perhaps contacting ICD or the moderators for permission ,,with payment(to ICD)
of some fee or other arrangements

the point as i see it,is that right now there is not even any  mention of money
going to the CCC
program authors are simply coming here..adverstising their programs and
collecting the sales proceeds

it has not always been this way..
its a new marketing tool
announce a program as freeware for a short time,then commercial

and now 3-4 programs are sucessfully using this new technique
this is being handled by the CCC with a sort of "dont look..dont tell" policy
or an "ostrich effect" policy

money that could be in the CCC'S koffers is simply slipping away
