But You have to remember Hiarcs is a >very established Program with Professional Chessplayers having given it praise, >Surely my little comment about it sucking isn't going to hurt the Programmers >Feeling give me a break. If you were referring to somethingelse let me know. Stuarts post was, by your own admission, reasonable and imo sums up some important points about forums like this. Now bare the S.Taylor reason in mind, why is it so important for you to defend your right to use particular words which you should know by now is not accepted here, atleast not from a social point of view. Whenever some wording or particular way of expressing your view, like "this or that sucks" is not accepted by the social standards of the forum, then it is the moderators job to step in and point that out and believe me you are not the first to find that out and sadly not the last... Unlike say an open political forum where the charter grants you total freedom of speech, this is about computer chess and is not a right, it is a privilege and with that privilige comes certain responsibilities which can be read about in the charter or in cases like this pointed out by the moderators, if you don't like it, i suggest you find some place else which is more "open" to such expressions that you feel are so important to you.
